Development Raise achieved Development and Pre Production commitments raised in 2023 total $830,000 from NHK, 1Future, United Productions, Duane and Laura Peterson, and Jhane Barnes Holding Company. Japanese Government film incentive program The Japanese Government film incentive program VIPO/JLox already approved our film WDU for a pre production rebate program and we received ¥6,000,000 in 2023 fiscal year. We will apply for ¥1,000,000,000 VIPO JLox rebate program in 2024 fiscal year. Evergreen Film Property Given the distinguished credentials and years of experience within our producer team, we will make an award winning film that will include a notable director and cast, high production value, magnificent cinematography, all of which will generate a strong theatrical release in the US, Japan, the UK and Europe with strong reviews and press. This will stimulate more extensive international sales including worldwide television, streaming, dvd, airline and other ancillary rights deals that will continue to generate revenue globally for years to come, producing ongoing revenue for our entire team. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work Large percentages will be shared with key team members, directors and actors to secure the best talent at the best price along with the highest level of dedication. Currently, the production is owned equally by 5 producers: Cannon Hersey (1Future), Taku Nishimae (1Future), Donald Rosenfeld (Highline Productions), Robyn Rosenfeld (Robyn Lane Productions) and Katsuhiro Tsuchiya (Tutti Creates).

Offering Overview

$1.0 Million USD will secure one Associate Producer credit and logo placement in film credit as well as 1.6% of the film’s profit share units after 120% of capital investment is returned.

Earnings and Distributions

Film’s profit share units after 120% of capital investment is returned. Will be distributed to investors on a pro-rata basis at the board of directors discretion

Trading Restrictions (may apply)

Shares must be held for a minimum of 12 months. Once all trade restrictions have been cleared investors are free to trade their shares. It is important to note that a secondary market may not materialize and investor may be forced to hold this investment for a long period of time.
