The XP Entertainment Fund is a purpose-built investment vehicle designed to capitalize on high-upside opportunities within the global entertainment sector—including film production, scripted and unscripted television, and music rights. Offering Overview
The Partnership seeks to generate strong returns by investing across the entertainment spectrum—including music, film, theater, and television. This includes direct investments in individual artists, films, stage productions, and TV shows, as well as the production companies behind them. The General Partner focuses on identifying undervalued or emerging opportunities with the potential for both capital appreciation and current income. These may include rising talent, compelling scripts, or niche genres with scalable fan bases. A key element of the strategy is the ability to fractionalize these investments, making it possible to resell portions to smaller, project-aligned investors who are passionate about specific content. By combining entertainment expertise with financial structuring, the Partnership aims to unlock value from creative assets while broadening access to a traditionally exclusive asset class.
Earnings and Distributions
Earning distributions shall be paid according to the XChange Place Entertainment Fund private placement memorandum.
Trading Restrictions (may apply)
Interests must be held for a minimum of 24 months, in accordance with the Redemption Policy outlined in the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM). After the first 12 months, interests may become eligible for resale on the XChange Place Platform, subject to the availability of liquidity and compliance with applicable transfer restrictions. Investors should review the full Redemption Policy in the PPM and be prepared to hold their investment for an extended period.
