XChange Place Secured Investment Fund LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (the"Company") is conducting an offering of up to $100,000,000 of limited liability company membership interests in the Company. The Company formed on April 25, 2024. The Manager, on behalf of the Company, has entered into an investment management agreement with XChange Place Investment Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and exempt reporting adviser (pending) to manage the investments of the Company The Company was created to: (i) purchase U.S. Government issued Zero Coupon Treasury Notes; and (ii) invest, through purchase of limited liability company interests, in XChange Place LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“XP LLC”). XP LLC is a financial technology company that provides investors access to distinctive alternative assets through its proprietary platform. Its business model includes investing in alternative assets, managing affiliated investment funds, and establishing a registered broker-dealer. The XChange Place platform is purpose-built to democratize and fractionalize access to unique private market opportunities. Mr. Cesar Baez is the Manager of the Company and controls its business and affairs.
