Following a successful racing career, Max is now standing at stud in Mountain Springs Stables in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. This is a rare opportunity to become one of the first investors to own a percentage of a hopeful future breeding standout. Investing in top-tier stallions can be highly profitable. While it takes time for a stallion to prove himself in the breeding shed, we have high expectations for Max Player. Offering Overview
The company intends to raise up to $10,000,000. Capital will be used for two primary purposes: 1. Purchase 10-year zero-coupon U.S. Treasury bonds (to provide capital protection at maturity) 2. Acquire Max Player, along with a portfolio of mares and yearlings (as detailed in the PPM and offering documents) 3. Acquire and support additional mares that will match well with Max 4.
