The XChange Place Art Fund’s (the “Partnership”) investment objective is to seek capital appreciation while minimizing risk in an attempt to achieve a high risk-adjusted return for all classes of Interests. The Partnership will attempt to accomplish its objective by making investments in a worldwide collection of select original paintings and sculptures across various time periods from the Old Masters, Impressionist, Surrealist, Pop Art and Contemporary era’s, all together (the “Investments”) and, or certain entities (each, an “Entity” and collectively “Entities”) that enter into agreements with the Partnership to purchase or hold interests in the Investments. The Partnership may make other investments as more fully described in the Partnership’s Private Placement Memorandum (the “PPM”).

The Partnership is currently offering limited partnership interests (“Interests”) for $5,000 per interest.
